Hi! I'm Afrodita, and my journey into the world of holistic nutrition is deeply rooted in my love for nature and the wisdom passed down from my grandparents. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University in Macedonia and graduated with first-class honors as a Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP) from The Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Toronto. Proudly, I am also a Natural Nutrition Certified Practitioner (NNCP) and a member of the Canadian Association of Natural Nutritional Practitioners.

My Story 


My journey began in Ohrid, a town where a healthy lifestyle and family love shaped my early years. Surrounded by nature and visits to my grandparents' farm, I learned the healing power of nature and nourishing food. My grandmother's cooking taught me to balance ingredients, fostering a lifelong connection to nutritious meals.

Two decades ago, my life took a new direction, bringing me to Canada. The dynamic urban setting of Canada opened up new possibilities and wonders, but it also presented challenges to fulfill certain needs.

Driven by a passion to find a solution for healthier choices, I immersed myself in the realm of holistic nutrition. Becoming a Certified Holistic Practitioner, I turned my dream into a reality. I focus on digestive health, hormonal balance, menopause, weight loss, food sensitivities, lymphatic drainage, and pelvic floor discomfort.

My mission is empower and guide individuals to embrace a healthier lifestyle by incorporating holistic practices into their daily lives. Inspired by Robert Urich's words, "A healthy outside starts from the inside," I share my story as a testament to the transformative power of holistic nutrition, eager to motivate others on their wellness journey.

My Approach


As a Holistic Nutritionist, my approach revolves around understanding each client's individual circumstances, life experiences, and goals. I am enthusiastic about promoting innovative nutritional approaches and lifestyle choices that contribute to holistic well-being.

I firmly believe that prevention is a key to a healthier life, emphasizing the importance of nourishing the body through both food and a holistic lifestyle. Recognizing the uniqueness of each person's dietary needs and preferences, I provide tailored nutritional guidance, individualized meal plans, cooking tips, and various recipes.

My goal is to assist clients in achieving a sustainable and enjoyable state of overall health by initiating positive changes from within.
