
Quinoa & Apple Protein Dish

Ingredients
2 cups original coconut milk or water
½ cup uncooked quinoa
2 medium size apples, peeled and diced
1tablspoon coconut oil
1/3 cup ground flax seeds
1/3 cup hemp hearts/seeds
1/3 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
2-3 dates (optional)
Pinch of salt, pinch of cranberries or Goji berries, pinch of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon organic vanilla
Instructions
1. In a saucepan bring the coconut milk or any milk/water that you will use, quinoa, apples,
dates, coconut oil and salt to a boil.
2. After 2 minutes of boiling, reduce the hit to a simmer and cook the Ingredients for 10-15
minutes they are soft but not overcooked, then add hemp and flax seeds, walnuts, vanilla,
and cinnamon.
3. Mix and enjoy a nourishing breakfast that satisfies your protein intake needs while
delivering a burst of flavor and energy.
