Home-Made Humus

 

Ingredients
 ½ cups cooked chickpeas or 1 can (15 ounces) chickpeas, rinsed and drained,
 ¼ cup lemon juice,
 1 medium-to-large clove garlic, roughly chopped,
 ½ teaspoon fine sea salt, to taste,
 ½ cup tahini,
 2 to 4 tablespoons ice water,
 ½ teaspoon ground cumin,
 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil.


Instructions
Put all ingredients in a blender; blend them for 2-3 min on a high speed. Serve it with gluten-
free pita or crackers.
