
Home-Made Humus
Ingredients
½ cups cooked chickpeas or 1 can (15 ounces) chickpeas, rinsed and drained,
¼ cup lemon juice,
1 medium-to-large clove garlic, roughly chopped,
½ teaspoon fine sea salt, to taste,
½ cup tahini,
2 to 4 tablespoons ice water,
½ teaspoon ground cumin,
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil.
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a blender; blend them for 2-3 min on a high speed. Serve it with gluten-
free pita or crackers.
