

Vegan Poppy Seeds Banana cake
This cake is fantastic for everyone. It is vegan, gluten free and no sugar added. It is high in protein and fiber.
Ingredients
5 bananas
100 grams grind walnuts
100 grams grind poppy seeds
100 grams almond flour
3 tbsp. grind flax seeds
1tsp. vanilla, pinch of salt and cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 370°F.
1. Grease and line a round pan with parchment paper
2. Mix the dry ingredients: walnuts, poppy seeds, almond flour, flax seeds, salt and cinnamon.
3. Mash the bananas, and put all the dry ingredients in it. Add the vanilla and mix everything well to get nice consistency.
6.Transfer the cake batter in the baking pan and bake it for 30-40 minutes.
7. When the cake is done let it cool for 30 minutes and serve it with fruit of your choice or cup of coffee or tea.
