This session will provide you with the opportunity to use the new Infrared Sauna in our office. As an existing client, you can chose to either top up your follow-up appointment with an extra 30 minutes of relaxation, or book as an individual session.

A 30-minute session in an infrared
sauna can provide several potential health benefits:

Precautions:
Hydration: Drink plenty of water before and after to avoid dehydration.
Health Conditions: Consult your doctor if you have cardiovascular issues, low blood pressure, or arepregnant.
Heat Tolerance: If you are new to saunas, start with shorter sessions and gradually increase the time, to avoid dizziness and becoming light headed.
