"This summer, I spent a few amazing weeks with Afrodita, and it completely changed how I approach my health. At 52, dealing with the challenges of menopause, weight management, and overall well-being felt overwhelming. Inspired by Afrodita's lifestyle, cooking tips, and wisdom, I decided to make positive changes in my daily life.
Starting in October, my goal was to shed some extra weight without drastic measures.
Surprisingly, I've lost 12 pounds by making simple yet impactful changes. I cut out processed sugar, followed Afrodita's advice on proteins, thoughtful food combinations, and used gluten-free ingredients found locally.
To satisfy my sweet cravings, I started baking gluten-free and sugar-free desserts with natural substitutes like bananas and apples. I also drastically reduced honey, limited fruit to 1-2 servings a day, said goodbye to snacks, and embraced intermittent fasting two - three times a week. I still enjoy an occasional drink, and regular exercise isn't a part of my routine yet.
I'm thrilled with the results—12 pounds lighter, no more cravings, reduced hunger, and better mood and sleep. This is just the start, and I plan to continue making positive changes. Thanks to Afrodita for being my guide on this transformative journey!"
