
Chia Seed and Almond Pizza Crust
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds, ground
- 1 tbsp. flex seeds, ground
- ¼ cup water( if needed add more)
- Pinch of pink salt
Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients together and spread out on a greased cookie sheet or pizza pan.
2. Spread it as thin or thick as you like.
3. Bake for 20 minutes in a 375 degree oven, until edges are golden brown.
4. Once removed from oven, run a spatula underneath the entire crust to release it from thepan. Now it is ready to have toppings added and re-baked.
