Lentil Vegan and Gluten-Free bread
Ingredients
500 grams dry red lentil
200 ml. cold filtered water
¼ cup ground flex seeds
¼ avocado oil (optional)
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp natural salt
1-2 tbsp. dry herbs and spices of your choosing ( (e.g. basil, oregano, and thyme, or chili powder, cumin, and turmeric)



Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 370°F
2. Place the lentil in a bowl or a jar and soak it with water for an hour
3. After an hour rinse the lentil and put it in a blender with 200 ml. of cold filtered water and blend it
4. Transfer the batter in a bowl and add the flex seeds, salt, avocado oil( optional) spices and baking powder
5. Mix quickly all the ingredients and transfer them onto two baking sheets, greased, or lined with parchment paper
6. Bake the loafs at 370° for 45 minutes or more
7. Let the bread cool off for 30 minutes before serve it.
