

Raspberries or banana's overnight oats
Ingredients
1/3 cup Gluten-free old-fashioned oats,
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon,
1 tablespoon chia seeds,
1 tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter,
1/2 cup almond or oat milk
1/2 cup fruit (fresh or frozen bananas or raspberries)
Drizzle of maple syrup or honey(optional).
Instructions
1. In a jar or bowl, combine the Gluten-free old-fashion oats and cinnamon, chia seeds
and nut butter. Add a splash of the milk and mix the nut butter and some of the fruits into the oats. Then add the
rest of the milk and stir to combine.
2. Top with your fruit of choice. Place the lid on the jar and refrigerate overnight. When
you’re ready to serve, add a drizzle of maple syrup or honey if you’d like, and enjoy
